In short
- The Terms, EULA and Payment Policy form one agreement between you and Eight Galaxies, trading as Code Creations, for Slot Creator, its Studio, the desktop application and exported kits. The Privacy Policy and GDPR statement explain how we handle personal data.
- Slot Creator is software for designing games. It has no real-money play, and demo credits have no monetary value.
- If you publish a game you build, you alone are responsible for licensing, regulatory approval and legal compliance wherever it is offered.
- Terms & ConditionsThe main agreement: eligibility, acceptable use, your responsibilities as a creator, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and disputes.
- EULAThe licence for the desktop application, exported developer kits and source code, and what you may and may not do with them.
- Privacy PolicyWhat personal data we collect, why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.
- Payment PolicyHow any future software subscriptions would be billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded. Paid plans are not yet live.
- GDPR & data removalYour rights if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, and how to ask us to delete your account or data.
How the documents fit together
The Terms & Conditions govern your use of Slot Creator. The EULA adds licence terms for software you download or export, and the Payment Policy adds terms for any paid plan; both form part of the Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and the GDPR statement explains your rights and how to ask us to remove your data. If the documents conflict, the order of precedence in section 26 of the Terms applies.
